3 Natural Anxiety Remedies – Without Pills Or Herbal Remedies

It’s relatively easy to find natural anxiety remedies being promoted online, but not all will cure you. This is sad, because when you are desperately searching for a solution to your constant fear, you want the right answers. How do you determine which natural anxiety cure will do the trick?

One common misconception about natural anxiety remedies such as herbs is that they are not all safe. We tend to think that vitamins and herbs are safe, simply because they are natural. What they don’t tell you is that many of them do have side effects and their effectiveness is dubious at best.

Passionflower has been touted as a natural product that will cure anxiety, but after conducting a study, researchers determined that it showed only insignificant improvement overall. In fact, it comes with several side effects including nausea, vomiting, drowsiness and rapid heartbeat.

In a society that is always looking for a “quick fix”, this is one time when it couldn’t be more relevant. Popping pills isn’t always the answer, however.

Here are 3 natural anxiety remedies that do work

1. Deep breathing exercises. These are easy to do anywhere, which makes them a good exercise for anxiety relief. The key is to learn how to breathe from your diaphragm, rather than from your chest. People with anxiety tend to be chest-breathers which can contribute to ineffective oxygen delivery and rapid heart rate.

2. Progressive relaxation. In this exercise, you find a comfortable location where you will not be disturbed. It’s best if you can lie down, but a soft chair is suitable. Be sure to sit upright with your feet flat on the floor and your spine straight, your head up, eyes forward. The procedure is the same as for lying down. Starting at your feet, gradually focus on each area and relax your muscles. You are sure to discover that you are holding certain muscles tense. This exercise is great for helping you to identify just how tense is your body.

3. Self hypnosis. You might link this with stage demonstrations of people squawking like chickens, but one think you should know. No one will do anything they wouldn’t normally do. With self hypnosis, you are in control the entire time. Basically, it involves relaxing your body and your mind to clear it of all the tensions that are triggering your anxiety attacks. Whether you are afraid of being in public or anxious over your debts, this will work. Your goal is to empty your mind of all its worries and replace those thoughts will pleasant ones. In this state, you can work on your problems.

These three exercises go together to free your mind and body from stress. Use them in unison to work through any issues. For example, if you are afraid to take the subway, go into a restful state and imagine yourself entering the subway and feeling relaxed and happy.

Practice these three natural anxiety remedies and you will cure your anxiety over time.

Try This Effective Remedy for Anxiety Attacks That I Just Discovered

Since anxiety and stress are related, it makes sense to focus on relieving any stress that you are undergoing. If you don’t think you are under stress, read on.

With all the things you have to deal with every day and every month, you can be sure you have the right conditions for an anxiety attack. Stress is part of everyday life for all of us. For some of us, it results in anxiety while the lucky ones seem to escape that fate.

Still, there are things you can do, as I recently discovered.

You might have heard of herbal teas and how they can benefit you. Some claim to be remedies for anxiety attacks. Well, actually what they really claimed is that they relax you. 

Years ago, I tried them and didn’t enjoy the taste at all. Only one came close to being palatable, and that had a strawberry flavor. As I said, that was a very long time ago.

The other day I went shopping for an optional warm drink that is not caffeinated. I was getting too much buzz off coffee – palpitations mostly. It’s not a good feeling. As you know, when you have experienced anxiety, you always think these random symptoms are related.

Anyway, I realized it was the coffee because they came immediately after lunch and my huge mug of delicious Folgers.

When I noticed the herbal teas again, I recalled how distasteful they were before. I hesitated. But then I decided that mint tea might be nice.

I purchased a variety box of herbal teas so that if I didn’t like one, maybe I’d be lucky and enjoy some of the others.

The first one I tried was Mint Medley. Hm. Sounded like it had potential since mint is supposed to ease your stomach. So I pulled out my one-cup glass teapot, dropped in a bag and poured boiling water over it. About 5 minutes later, I returned and poured a cup.

It did smell good, so I took a sip. Hm. Sugar will help (I love sugar). I took another sip, decided it was an acceptable taste and headed to my LazyBoy. After I finished the drink, I relaxed for a few seconds and before I knew it, I was rousing from a deep and wonderfully refreshing nap. My body and mind were relaxed and I just felt good overall.

Had I discovered the perfect remedy for anxiety attacks - because my palpitations had triggered a few mild ones?

Nah. Probably just a coincidence. I was probably just tired.

A few days later, I reached into the box, pulled out a different mint tea and followed the same procedure as before.

Be darned if I wasn’t rousing from a deep and wonderful nap awhile later. It felt fabulous and I decided there definitely is something to this herbal tea myth.

If you want a natural anxiety remedy to relieve your stress as well as any impending anxiety attacks, try herbal teas. Based on my experiment, I’d recommend looking for one of the boxes of mixed herbal teas. Mine has other flavors besides mint.

Make yourself a cup next time you have an anxiety attack coming on or feel stressed and see how much better you feel.

Living With Anxiety – If you’ve given up, read this

Which category fits you? Are you living with anxiety because you have not yet found a cure for your anxiety or have you given up looking and have settled for just coping? Most people fit into either of these groups.

 

With all the anxiety cures available, it can be overwhelming. Add that to the chaos of having regular anxiety attacks and it’s not surprising that so many people will settle for something less.

 

It’s disturbing to read books written by anxiety-sufferers who are submitted to their condition. They have determined that their anxiety will never go away. Living with anxiety is the only thing left, so they will just have to do that as best they can.

 

Consider for a moment the effect this will have on their quality of life. For most people, giving up is not an option. They are determined to find out what’s wrong so they can fix it.

 

Are you like those authors who have decided that they have run out of options? Have you decided that there is no cure for your anxiety so you might as well figure out how to live with it? Will you be happy with that decision?

 

There are always answers. You just have to find the right one for you. Living with anxiety is not the best solution, especially when there is a more permanent cure waiting for you.

 

Your answer might lie in who you are. At some point in your past, you have learned to respond to life’s issues with anxiety. It might have happened in your childhood or as recently as a month ago. The key is to change that learned response and replace it with a calmer approach.

 

Do you tend to blow things out of proportion or worry over the simplest things? If so, putting things into perspective is a good place to start. Use your logical brain, rather than your emotions, when anxiety-ridden events arise.

 

Let’s take spending as an event that triggers your anxiety. Most likely, you become anxious because deep down, you know you can’t afford this item or perhaps you’re worried how your spouse will react to your purchase. This spiral of worry and anxiety will resolve nothing. Turn your attention to why it’s so important to you that your spouse might get upset. Decide whether it really matters and exactly what it means to you.

 

By examining your typical anxiety events, you will see that your concerns and upset are unnecessary. Practice this each time you feel anxious. Decide that giving up is not the right solution for you and that a better one does exist.

 

Finding a cure for anxiety is a far better option that just living with anxiety.

3 Tips On Dealing With Anxiety

One important step to dealing with anxiety is to understand its connection to panic. Anxiety and panic are often confused because the symptoms are the same. In fact, you will read many articles and books that use the two interchangeably. The difference is that one is more severe than the other although both can be distressing.

Anxiety occurs when you are feeling vulnerable. Some typical situations include having to make a presentation to a group, going for a job interview and meeting your girlfriend’s parents for the first time. You can say that anxiety puts you in a state of anticipation because you are not sure what will happen and whether the outcome will devastate your ego, threaten your self-esteem or put you in an embarrassing or humiliating state.

Panic occurs when anxiety goes awry. That’s when you begin feeling anxious about something but when the threat disappeared, the anxiety remained. The persistent anxiety becomes your automatic response to events in your life, even before you’ve had a chance to evaluate whether they are a threat to you or not. In this persistent heightened state, you become panicked easily. Rather than simply feeling vulnerable, you also experience confused thinking.

How do you begin dealing with anxiety?

  1. Start by taking immediate steps to spot them the moment they begin. Don’t overlook the symptoms or think that they will be gone soon. While you should expect the anxiety to go away, you cannot rely on that happening unless you take action. Whether you like it or not, your subconscious mind has its own plan and will work on your fears below your level of awareness. This is what makes anxiety attacks so startling when they do arise from your subconscious.
  2. Quickly scan what just happened and see if you can identify the thought or action that triggered your anxiety. This will give you a clue to the particular things that are causing your anxiety. It might be a fleeting thought about how vulnerable you feel under certain circumstances. Remember that it doesn’t have to be anything big or highly significant. Some of the merest things can cause anxiety, such as regretting that you just spent $500 on a new pair of shoes when you know it’s not in your budget.
  3. Tackle the event head on. Put it into perspective by taking a logical look at exactly what your “careless spending” really means. Should you feel guilty or satisfied that you deserve this gift to yourself? If your guilt is too much to bare, you can always return the shoes.

You might need to go through several such exercises before you can honestly and logically look at your situation and your anxiety. Once you do, it will get easier for you to decide which events are serious and which are not. You likely will find that most are not serious at all or that they can be remedied easily.

Practice these three steps next time you feel an attack coming on and you will soon have the tools for dealing with anxiety in any situation.

Use Hypnosis as an Easy Anxiety Relief Remedy

That’s right. Hypnosis can give you anxiety relief and you don’t even need a therapist. Self hypnosis is a way to relax your mind and focus on something other than your anxiety.

The trick is to know what things make you anxious. For some people, this is easy, but for others their anxiety is more vague – an odd sensation that creeps over them for no apparent reason. I know what that feels like. Mine were like that.

But there were times when I could identify the source. Often, it was because I was stressed about something – fearful, even. Being unsure of how I would deal with the situation, I became panic-stricken instead. Then, one day my therapist introduced me to hypnosis.

He ran me through it a few times and recommended a book on self hypnosis. I’d give you its name, but I no longer have it, but any self hypnosis book will tell you how to do it.

It’s simply a matter of sitting back, getting into a relaxed state in a location where you will not be interrupted but you feel perfectly safe and comfortable.

Focus your attention on some wonderful vision – perhaps it’s your own garden or your favorite travel destination. Pay attention to what you see – the beauty, the positive energy, the calmness. Smell the air, feel the sand under your feet and the sun on your face. Listen to the wind blowing through the trees.

Next, imagine you are doing the one thing that made you fearful, but see yourself going through it with confidence and success.

Practice this exercise whenever you feel stressed or when anxiety begins to creep in. Before long, you will be able to control your feelings by simply taking a break, relaxing and going into your vision.

Is Hypnosis One of the Viable Anxiety Relief Remedies?

Determining if certain treatments are viable anxiety relief remedies depends in part on the individual. What works for one might not work for someone else. This goes for hypnosis or any other treatment. It’s best to know yourself and try different remedies until you find the one that’s right for you and your specific needs.

Anxiety can be triggered by stress but stress is also one aspect of anxiety. In some cases, if you treat the stress the anxiety will disappear. If the anxiety is coming from other issues, then they will have to be resolved for you to benefit from anxiety relief remedies.

If you have an underlying condition, like agoraphobia, treating the anxiety might not resolve your problem. Another existing condition that will affect how well anxiety relief remedies work is your level of confidence and self esteem or if you suffer with depression.

Once you get those underlying issues resolved, you will be in a better position to work on your anxiety relief.

Chances are, your doctor will recommend an anxiety medication to keep you calm, but that doesn’t get to the root cause. As many anxiety sufferers have discovered, once the medication stops, the anxiety returns.

Using a combination of anxiety relief remedies is the best approach.

  • Use relaxation to ease the stress build-up caused by your everyday living
  • Practice self hypnosis to put yourself into a different mindset
  • Seek help from someone who offers cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)

Relaxation: This is best done in a quiet room where you feel safe and comfortable and will not be interrupted for at least 10 minutes. Lie on a comfy couch or lie back in your recliner and close your eyes. Focus on your body, find all the tense muscles and relax them. Start at your toes and work up to your head. Once you are relaxed, rest and enjoy it.

Self hypnosis: After getting into a relaxed state as above, turn your attention to pleasant things. When stressful thoughts enter your mind, force them out and only allow quiet and peaceful images to enter. Think about all the positive elements in your vision, how comfortable you feel, how wonderful everything is in your fantasy world. Imagine yourself doing the things you fear in a positive and confident way. See yourself taking that trip, making that speech, or entering that situation with ease and self-assuredness.

CBT: This is something you will have to get from a trained expert. You cannot do this one yourself. CBT is an anxiety relief remedy that teaches you how to change your behavior in a positive way. It is proven to be an effective treatment for anxiety, panic and phobias.

While medications and talk therapy can help to some degree, they are not necessarily a cure because they might not resolve the underlying problems. The three methods explained are all viable anxiety relief remedies that can help you to recover once and for all.

Take Back Control to Ease Anxiety

You can ease anxiety surprisingly well if you know the role that being in control plays in your anxiety attacks. Research shows that anxiety disorder exists because of either a lack of control or a desire to be in control. You’ve probably felt that yourself during an attack – fear of losing control.

How much control do you really have over your life? Do you doubt yourself? During an anxiety attack, do you feel like you are losing what little control you do have?

One of the most helpful revelations for me in my recovery from anxiety and panic was that I needed to take control of my life. It came near the end of my 10 years of therapy for anxiety and panic disorder.

My therapist hinted during one of our later sessions that I get involved in something I really enjoy, like archaeology. As it happens, archaeology does interest me so his suggestion was like an omen.

On taking a closer look at my anxiety attacks, I discovered that at the root of my persistent fears was not knowing what would happen and feeling helpless to do anything about it. I felt like I was at the mercy of whatever perils awaited.

You probably feel much the same way too, don’t you?

My general make-up is that of a rather rebellious individual who tends to be persistently late and determined to do things my own way.

Being late always gave me that ounce of control that made me feel better. Early on, I had no idea what this meant. Today, I place a lot of my ultimate recovery on this determination to be my own person.

That inner strength wasn’t always there. As a child, I was denied control over most aspects of my life, which left me doubting my ability to make decisions as an adult. But that was how it was back in the ‘50s. Children were taught to be seen and not heard. Adults made all the decisions.

If any of you are from that era, or have been raised in a family with those principles, this might be at the root of your anxiety. Of course, we are all different. Not everyone has the inner strength and determination that I do, which makes it more difficult for them to escape their current condition.

The important thing is that you find your own ground and build on your strengths, rather than focusing on your anxiety and panic.

As I eventually learned, being obsessed with my condition didn’t lead to recovery – it merely fed off itself.

It’s not easy to make this transition when anxiety is what you wake up to every morning, when it has become so ingrained into your life that you cannot tell it from your true personality.

My recovery started to really take off when I took an archaeology-related night course at my old high school. Reading the books and writing the reviews forced me to put all my energy into something else besides my fear. It was an incredibly absorbing activity that at least for the short term made the anxiety seem non-existent.

Do you have hobbies and talents you haven’t used since you were a child or a teen? Have you put old pastimes aside and let your busy schedule occupy all of your time?

We all need a distraction, perhaps moreso for people with anxiety disorder.

Go back over your life to spot your strengths. Check any old school report cards if you can’t think of any. What were your strong subjects? Find ways to use your natural skills again, get involved in the things that you once enjoyed whether it’s a sport or something more academic.

It might be painting/drawing, making crafts, playing badminton/tennis, cooking, woodworking, team sports, photography, gardening, writing, volunteering…

Get involved in those experiences again because those were the times you probably felt truly in control.  Being active in something that makes you feel good will help you to redirect your thoughts and feelings to positive energy, rather than the negative that goes with anxiety disorder.

These Anxiety Relief Tips Will Bring Comfort

Panic Away Review

Like many anxiety sufferers, you are here because you are desperate to find a cure or know someone who needs help with their anxiety attacks and panic disorder. You might have heard of Panic Away and are wondering “What does Panic Away do? How can it help me?”

Panic Away provides a very simple technique that stops your panic instantly. This technique is called the One Move™.

Until I took the time to review my own recovery process.

What I can tell you now is that when I was going through the recovery stage, I did implement similar techniques to stop my anxiety. It wasn’t the One Move™ specifically, but its concepts that worked for me in the past.

For this reason, I can honestly say that Panic Away offers a viable solution to your anxiety and panic disorder. Of course, everyone is different so the results can vary.

Panic Away author Joe Barry also covers other important factors including nutritional information that will help to combat stress, a very real component of anxiety. The details covered in Panic Away are enlightening. They help you to understand how you got where you are today, what anxiety is all about, and what you need to do to break away from the fear/anxiety cycle.

The key to relieving your anxiety with Panic Away is to follow the instructions and apply the technique exactly as explained.

I like that Panic Away is written by someone who has experienced the same fears and anxiety responses that we have. It was easy for me to identify with what he was saying… Unlike some other products I’ve seen where it’s apparent that the author hasn’t been there and really doesn’t relate to the issues anxiety sufferers face.

Joe encourages you, letting you know you can be cured, your confidence can be restored, and your life can return to normal. His approach puts you into the mindset that recovery is really possible.

The Linden Method for Anxiety Treatment

Among the numerous natural anxiety remedies available today, the Linden Method  is probably one of the better ones. One thing that sets the Linden Method apart from other natural anxiety remedies is that it was created by someone who actually suffered from these conditions.

Developer Charles Linden spent years looking for a cure for his anxiety attacks and panic disorder. He experienced what you are going through, which makes him one of the best people to instruct you in how to overcome it.

Other programs I’ve seen are not quite as comprehensive as this one. In fact, some are produced by people who have never experienced anxiety attacks and panic disorder. While the extensive manual included in the Linden Method gives you an excellent insight into how anxiety and panic develop and feed off themselves, the audios offer clear and simple explanations.

I really liked the relaxation audio that runs for about 30 minutes. This audio alone is worth a listen whether you have anxiety or not. I found it very soothing and effective. In minutes, I felt the tension melt away. It was quite amazing, actually.

I found that Charles is an excellent coach because his presentation makes you feel like you’ve know him awhile.  He speaks smoothly and compassionately as he teaches you how to free yourself from the thought processes that have been keeping you in that anxiety-ridden state.

He explains just enough so that you can understand your condition and begin to move ahead by taking specific steps to get rid of your anxiety.

Many other natural anxiety remedies sell you the product and from there on, you’re pretty much on your own.

The study of 3,000 women between the ages of 51 to 85 has revealed that those who have experienced a panic attack had three times the chance of having a heart attack or stroke within the 6 years following the attack.

This is alarming news, since we’ve all been led to believe that there’s no cause for concern.

Study organizers say that the risk is still relatively small, but this doesn’t help to alleviate the fears that all panic attack sufferers endure with each attack.

It’s interesting to note that the study points out that there is an even higher risk for women who are post-menopausal, in other words, women who have gone through menopause are at an even higher risk of having a heart attack or stroke following a panic attack that occurred in the previous six years.

This puts women in even more jeopardy because it’s already proven that women are at higher risk than men of having panic attacks.

The study points out that it only requires one panic attack to start the ball in motion. Apparently, the stress hormones that are released because of the panic attack can damage the heart rhythm. Any damage can worsen over time when that ongoing stress continues.

It’s imperative, therefore, that if you suffer from panic attacks, the sooner you find a cure, the better.

There is a specific path you can take.

1. Start with your medical doctor to see if there are any potential underlying conditions that can be causing your panic attacks. Once any are identified and treated, you can focus on treating the panic attacks themselves.

2. If your medical doctor writes you a prescription to ease your symptoms, insist that you get a referral to a therapist who can help you determine the cause of your panic and how to alleviate your attacks. It’s already proven that medications alone will not cure your panic. A combination of talk therapy and drug treatment offer the best cure.

3. If your first therapist or doctor doesn’t provide you with immediate access to the services and treatments that will help you, seek a second opinion. As with any association, we have different personalities and don’t get along with everyone. It’s the same with therapists. It doesn’t mean they are bad therapists. It just means that it’s not the right match.

These results send a clear message – don’t wait to seek help. This means that you should go directly to those who are in the best position to help you. While forums, friends and companions offer excellent support and the perfect environment for airing your concerns, the advice given is often of little value when it comes to treating and curing your panic disorder.

How To Develop Coping Strategies for Anxiety Relief

In my view, coping is one important factor behind anxiety attacks. It’s the lack of coping skills that seem to give anxiety an open door.

It makes sense when you realize how stressful it can be to get caught in a situation that, at least for the short term, is out of your control. Naturally, anxiety is going to jump right in because that’s what anxiety does. It forces us to make a decision and it gives us the adrenalin to do whatever is necessary to survive.

For our ancestors, that adrenalin rush gave them the strength to run from a dangerous situation or fight with whatever was threatening them. Things are much different today, but the body’s “fight or flight” response remains intact.

You might ask, what happens to that extra unreleased adrenalin. For one thing, tension results because we haven’t dealt with the fear anxiety effectively. As pioneers, we would have fought or run for our lives. Afterwards, we would have felt drained but tension-free. Problem solved.

Today more aspects of our lives are out of our control. Without a job, we don’t eat. Without money, we lose our house or we can’t heat it. We can’t clothe ourselves or take care of our families. We must follow certain rules of society that didn’t exist in the time our descendants. These are all situations that can cause fear and anxiety. If the fear is allowed to continue, we will become frustrated and anxious. If these issues remain unresolved, depression will result.

It’s important, therefore, to find out how to release that adrenalin-induced tension and fear quickly and effectively.

I firmly believe that by developing coping skills, we can keep our anxiety attacks to a minimum. The key is to have those skills in place before they are needed.

The first step, therefore, might be to determine what things in your life are stressful now that make you feel like you have no control over the outcome.

Fear will cause some people to avoid whatever is causing it. For example, if you are afraid of elevators or flying, you will do whatever is necessary to avoid those things. This doesn’t resolve the fear, however. It simply lets you hide from it.

It’s been my experience that one fear can soon lead to another until you become paralyzed by a number of perceived life-threatening situations. While avoidance might appear to give you control, it really doesn’t do so very effectively. At best, it is only a temporary solution.

If you fear elevators, for example, you will be restricted by places you can go. If, at any time, you have to visit a relative in a high rise or have an injury and cannot take the stairs, your ability to cope in those situations will be over.

We’ve all heard about the buddy system, where you find someone who will help you through some form of rehabilitation. We’ve also heard the expression, “do that which you fear”. In other words, if you force yourself to go to places that scare you, you will eventually become desensitized to them.

The first recommendation, then, is to take a look at your current coping skills. When difficulties arise, how do you deal with them? Does your method resolve the issue or does it merely delay the inevitable?

Some people don’t resolve issues; rather, they dwell on them. This merely serves to magnify the problem because the more they examine the issue at hand, the more problems they’ll find and the less able they will feel about ever finding a solution to make it go away.

One of the best coping skills I can recommend is to look ahead, not back. In other words, don’t spend more time on the issue than is absolutely necessary. Take the time to evaluate all the ins and outs of the situation and look for the positives.

Here’s a situation that put the fear into me, along with major stress and anxiety.

Not long ago, I inherited an estate that included a huge tax bill. It was substantial to the point I would end up losing the house and all my savings. I would have no where to live and no money left to rent an apartment or even a room. At 60 years of age, this was an extremely fearful concept for me.

Now, this might be an extreme situation, but it was nonetheless true. I was devastated. My blood pressure went sky high and I felt those distinguishing symptoms of an oncoming anxiety attack. I began to sweat, my body tensed, I felt nauseous and my head was spinning. It wasn’t just my mind that went haywire – my entire body felt like it was suddenly escaping my control. I began to panic and wanted to just curl up in bed and hide.

Twenty years ago, this would have triggered a full-blown panic attack, but this time it didn’t. Once the initial shock of my predicament was over, I began to think rationally, but I had to force it. All I really wanted to do was focus on the tax bill and figure out who at the government I could beg to give me a break. Of course, I knew that wasn’t going to happen. When governments want their money, they’ll do whatever they need to do to get it, regardless of the person’s resulting welfare.

Actually, it was a good thing for me to realize that fact, because it just made me mad and increasingly determined to find a more creative solution. In the end, I came up with two options, other than selling the house. Selling wasn’t really an option because the remaining money wouldn’t sustain me for long. It was imperative that I keep the house.

To make a long story short, I was fortunate to get a mortgage and pay off the government and although it resolved the immediate emergency, it leaves me with another bill I can barely afford to pay. The important thing for me to remember is that I now have control. I can sell if I want or I can go after the second option or I can work harder on my business to make the money needed.

Sometimes, solutions might be short term and that can be a good thing because it gives us a break. It enables us to release the fear and tension and, hopefully, avoid a full-blown anxiety attack. Remember, though, that a more permanent solution eventually is needed – the sooner the better.

One step at a time, is my motto. Today I have the mortgage. The next step is to stay motivated and not succumb to anxiety and panic, or even depression. By being strong, I know I can resolve this once and for all. It might not be next week or even next year, but it will happen because I know I can make it happen.

It’s this inner strength that we all need in order to overcome the situations that bombard our lives and trigger stress and anxiety.

Start developing your strength today by taking on the issues that cause you anxiety one at a time. Do it in small steps. Focus on the carrot at the end of the stick. What good will come of your progress?

You’ll never fear another elevator or flight. You’ll be able to visit loved ones, wherever they are. You can take those terrific exotic trips or alpine vacations if you wish.

It’s sure to be a bit difficult at first, but persist and you will win. You will take back control of your life, one step at a time. If you need support, don’t hesitate to ask a loved one or seek other sources to help you through each step.

Start today, and by the time an anxiety-inducing situation arises, you will be equipped to deal with it quickly and move on with your life.
